The Pacaya is the most active volcano of Guatemala and Central America. They can approach the volcano crater to see the river of lava. The Pacaya volcano ascent is 3 hours and 2 hours down. A local guide will guide you to the volcano crater. You can rent horses to climb a part of the volcano.

The Agua volcano (3.766 meters) is an inactive volcano located near the Antigua Guatemala city. The top of the volcano provides an amazing view of the city of Antigua Guatemala, and other nearby surrounding volcanoes like Acatenango and Fuego Volcanoes. In the crater you can see water concentrations.

The volcano is rising Acatenango about 5 hours to the summit and 4 hours descent.
